David Charry




David was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. He attended Columbia College Chicago and graduated May 2013 with a B.A. in Cinematography. Two of David's films (Sketch, Masquerade) were exhibited at the .EDU Film Festival in Minneapolis, MN, and he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship at Columbia College Chicago in 2009. Recently, a film David shot, Illuminated, was exhibited at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. On a different note, David enjoys playing guitar, as well as hiking and canoeing. He also enjoys good food.
